Groww TPIN is a service provided by Groww for CDSL’s recently adopted e-DIS verification process for stock sales. TPIN is the short form of Transaction PIN. The TPIN prevents unauthorised transactions, which contributes to the security of the account. In the Groww app, go to the profile section and choose the ‘TPIN’ option to set up or reset your TPIN.

Here are the steps you should follow to create a TPIN (Transaction PIN) in the Groww app:

Step 1: Visit Your Groww Profile 

Open the Groww app. Then tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to access your profile.

Step 2: Find The TPIN

Scroll down to the “TPIN” option on your profile page and select it.

Step 3: Generate Your TPIN

If you have never created a TPIN, select “Set TPIN” and choose a 4-digit numeric PIN. If you have previously set a TPIN, you will have to enter it. You then have the option to reset or modify your TPIN.

Once you have created or reset your TPIN, keep track of it. You will need it every time you use the Groww app to buy or sell stocks, mutual funds, or other securities. Save it properly so that you can find it whenever you need. With the TPIN you can make transactions smoothly on the Groww app.
