1	Log in to the website. Go to profile, click on change ‘Address’ below the existing address
2	Change your address and ‘e-sign’ on the CMC page. Select the default DP
3	Select ‘fetch details’ via Digi locker to update your address
4	Click on ‘Start’, upon clicking ‘I agree’, you will be redirected to the Digi locker page. Enter your Aadhaar number and Captcha.
5	Enter OTP and click on ‘Continue to proceed’. Enter your six-digit digilocker pin on the next page.
6	Click on ‘allow’ to view the address document. Select if it is a corresponding or permanent address.
7	On clicking ‘I agree’ you’ll be redirected to an NSDL page.
8	Tick the box to authorise. Enter your Aadhaar number and OTP that you’ll receive on your Aadhaar registered phone number.
9	Click on ‘Verify OTP’ to complete the e-sign.

How Do I Change My Address In The Sharekhan Demat Account?

Step 1: Once logged in to the Sharekhan website, you’ll be directed to the dashboard. 

Step 2: Go to the profile, and click on change ‘Address’ below the existing address in the trading profile.

Step 3: You’ll be redirected to the CMC page for changing your address and ‘e-sign’

Step 4: Select the default DP in case you have multiple DPs. 

Step 5: You can view your existing address below and if you wish to update your address by Digilocker, select fetch details via Digi locker. 

Step 6: Click on ‘Start’, and there will be a pop message to redirect you to a third-party website.

Step 7: Upon clicking ‘I agree’, you will be redirected to the Digi locker page where you’ll enter your Aadhaar number and Captcha below it. 

Step 8: Click on ‘Next’ to proceed. You’ll now receive an OTP on your Aadhaar-registered phone number. 

Step 9: Enter OTP and click on ‘Continue to proceed’. You need to enter your six-digit digilocker pin on the next page. Click on ‘Continue to proceed’.

Step 10: On entering the OTP, click on ‘allow’ to view the address document. 

Step 11: Select whether it’ll be a corresponding or permanent address. 

Step 12: Click on ‘Save and continue’. On clicking ‘I agree’ you’ll be redirected to an NSDL page.

Step 13: Tick the box to authorise. Enter your Aadhaar number, and OTP that you’ll receive on your Aadhaar registered phone number. Click on ‘Verify OTP’ to complete the e-sign.

Step 14: You’ll be redirected to a page confirming your address update.
