From the broker’s website

Step 1: Visit the website of your corresponding depository participant (DP) and enter your login information.

Step 2: Go to the “Demat Holding Statement” option after logging into your account. 

Step 3: Pick your desired time frame for which the statement should be downloaded. 

Step 4: Select the format for downloading your demat holding statement in Excel and PDF format. 

Step 5: Click on the “Download” or “Generate Report” button. 

From the Central Depositories
