Yes, customers may place orders with Zerodha over the phone by calling their designated number, 080 4718 1888. This service provides flexibility to traders who have issues with internet platforms or who would rather communicate verbally. Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:55 PM is when you can view it. Callers must enter a support code in order to make an order, as a means of ensuring transaction security and authentication.

There is a fee for phone purchases, which applies to new orders, changes, and cancellations. The fee for each request is ₹50 + 18% GST. 

When a caller calls from an unregistered number, the system prompts them to input both their registered mobile number and the support code. To finish the order, the caller would enter 998XXX6660007 if, for instance, the registered number is 998XXX6666 with a support code of 0007 and the unregistered number is 998XXX655. This authentication method restricts account functionality to authorized users and ensures the security of orders.

For example, there are two phone numbers, one is registered and the other one is unregistered.

Now, when someone calls from the unregistered number, they’ll be asked to type in the registered number along with a special code.
