How to Track Complaints or Tickets at Zerodha?
Zerodha users can easily track their complaints and tickets by following the below steps:
Step 1: Visit support.zerodha.com
Step 2: Click on track tickets and log in with your credentials
Step 3: Select the ticket you want to view from the ticket list.
To reopen a ticket, you need to follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Click on the ticket that you want to reopen.
Step 2: Click on the “Reopen Ticket” button.
Step 3: Enter your response in the text box.
Step 4: Click on the “Reply” button to submit your response.
For clients who do not have a Zerodha account, you can track your complaints or tickets by checking your email. You will receive an email from support@mailer.zerodha.net with the ticket number. To reopen a ticket, reply to the email.
