How Do I Close a Groww Account

Step 1: Contact Groww support for account closure. If you intend to close your Groww Account, please contact the support staff. They will guide you through the further procedure. 

Step 2: Verify there are no current holdings.

Step 3: Check your Demat and trading accounts to ensure there are no current stock holdings or positions.

Step 4: Close the Groww Demat account.

Step 5: Sign the Groww Demat closing form to complete the procedure.

Step 6: If you wish to entirely shut your account with the Groww app, then you must request a complete account closure after the Demat account closure.

Step 7: After confirming that you have no current assets in mutual funds, fixed deposits, gold, Groww balances, or loan products, the Groww team will take care of your entire account closure request.

Note:

Please keep in mind that if your account is terminated, you will not be able to establish a new Groww account with the same PAN again.
